IDXChannel - PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) akan mencairkan dividen tunai final sebesar USD153,12 juta atau setara Rp2,58 triliun (asumsi kurs BI Rp16.849 per USD)
Dividen dengan nominal Rp2.245 per saham ini akan mengalir ke rekening investor pada Rabu (7/5/2025) hari ini.
Sebelumnya, ITMG telah membagikan dividen interim dengan nilai USD90,04 juta atau Rp1,51 triliun, setara Rp1.228 per saham pada 25 September 2024.
Dengan demikian, total dividen tunai tahun buku 2024 yang dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham mencapai USD243,17 juta atau Rp4,09 triliun. Nilai tersebut setara dengan 65 persen laba bersih perseroan 2024.
Investor yang berhak atas dividen ITMG suda harus tercatat pada 22 April 2025.
Hingga Selasa (6/5/2025) saham ITMG menguat 1,02 persen ke harga Rp22,275 sedangkan saat ex dividen pada Rabu (23/4/2025) saham tambang ini turun 0,11 persen.
