IDXChannel - Dua entitas usaha PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN), yakni Star Energy Geothermal Pte Ltd (SEGPL) dan Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu) Limited (SEGWWL) meraih pinjaman jumbo dari Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch (SMBC) dan DBS Bank Ltd.
Nilai pinjaman yang didapatkan sebesar USD139,5 juta atau Rp2,34 triliun (kurs Jisdor Bank Indonesia per 15 April 2025 Rp16.815 per USD).
Hari Terakhir Dapatkan Dividen ROTI dan ARNA, Intip BesarannyaPerolehan pinjaman tersebut ditandai dengan penandatanganan Perjanjian Fasilitas Berjangka Senior yang Dijamin (Senior Secured Term Facility Agreement) pada 15 April 2025.
SEGPL dan SGWWL dalam hal ini adalah para peminjam, sedangkan SMBC sebagai agen jaminan dan account bank. Adapun selaku pemberi pinjaman awal dan green loan coordinators adalah SMBC dan DBS Bank Ltd.
