IDXChannel - Saham PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk (FORE) resmi tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Senin (14/4/2025).

Pantauan market, saham FORE melesat 34,04 persen ke Rp252 saat bel pembukaan perdagangan pagi ini Transaksi-net semenit pertama mencapai Rp3,2 miliar.

Perusahaan F&B yang beroperasi dengan merek "Fore Coffee" itu melepas 21,08 persen sahamnya kepada publik.

Dalam aksi korporasi ini, FORE menetapkan harga di batas tengah Rp188 per saham yang mirip dengan jumlah saham yang dilepas ke publik, 1,88 miliar saham.
