IDXChannel - PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian saham oleh salah satu Anggota Direksi Perseroan.

Adriansyah Chaniago selaku Direktur Perseroan menyerok 85 ribu saham INCO pada 19 Maret 2025. Dia membeli saham emiten tambang tersebut di harga Rp2.360, sehingga menggelontorkan dana sebesar Rp200,6 juta.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi," kata Adriansyah dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (20/3/2025).

Dengan demikian, kepemilikan saham Adriansyah Chaniago di INCO kini menjadi 155 ribu saham atau 0,0015 persen hak suara atau meningkat dari sebelumnya 70 ribu saham atau 0,0006 persen hak suara.
