IDXChannel - PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk atau BSI (BRIS) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian saham oleh salah satu anggota Direksi Perseroan.
Harry Gusti Utama selaku Direktur Retail Banking BSI menyerok saham BRIS untuk pertama kalinya pada 4 Maret 2025. Dia membeli 20 ribu saham perseroan di harga Rp2.560.
Pengguna BYOND by BSI (BRIS) Capai 3,5 Juta User per 7 Maret 2025Saham BRIS pada periode tersebut ditransaksikan di kisaran Rp2.510-Rp2.670. Dengan demikian, Harry Gusti Utama merogoh kocek sebesar Rp51,2 juta untuk membeli saham BRIS.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi," kata Harry dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (18/3/2025).
