Demikian pengumuman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Selasa (18/3/2025). Sementara kode broker tetap sama YB.

Perubahan nama ini berdasarkan Akta Notaris nomor 80 tanggal 22 Januari 2025 dan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan nomor AHU-0005533.AH.01.02.Tahun 2025 tanggal 31 Januari 2025, serta surat dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) nomor S-175/PM.022/2025 tanggal 10 Maret 2025 perihal “Pencatatan Perubahan Nama, Alamat, dan Logo PT Jasa Utama Capital Sekuritas.”

"PT Jasa Utama Capital Sekuritas menjadi PT Yakin Bertumbuh Sekuritas," ujar Bursa.
