IDXChannel - PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) melaporkan divestasi sebanyak 126,52 juta saham anak usahanya, PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU).
Corporate Secretary RAJA, Yuni Pattinasarani dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI mengumumkan, RAJA melepas 126.521.500 (126,52 juta) saham di RATU pada 5 Maret 2025.
Saham KSIX-INET Merosot Usai Suspensi Dibuka dan Masuk FCA"Pada 5 Maret 2025, perseroan melepaskan sebanyak 126.521.500 saham yang dimiliki oleh perseroan yang mewakili sebanyak 4,66 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam RATU," kata Yuni, Kamis (6/3/2025).
Tak disebutkan alasan atau tujuan divestasi maupun kepada siapa saham RATU dilepas. Namun Yuni memastikan, RAJA tetap menjadi pengendali saham RATU meskipun terjadi transaksi pelepasan saham.
