Pasardana.id - PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (IDX: PMJS) menyampaikan adanya Transaksi Afiliasi sehubungan Transaksi Pinjaman Dana untuk modal kerja antara PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif dan PT Dipo Pahala Otomotif senilai Rp 800 juta, pada tanggal 27 Februari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk modal kerja PT Dipo Pahala Otomotif,” sebut Manajemen PMJS dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (27/2).

Diketahui, PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif dan PT Dipo Pahala Otomotif merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dengan kepemilikan lebih dari 50%.
