IDXChannel - PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (PRDA) berencana membawa anak usahanya, PT Prodia Diagnostic Line (Proline) untuk go public.

Langkah penawaran umum perdana (IPO) bagi Proline diestimasi berlangsung pada 2-3 tahun lagi.

“Kalau menurut rencana saya, mudah-mudahan sesuai jadwal. Kira-kira 2-3 tahun (lagi). Karena semuanya harus siap,” kata Founder Prodia sekaligus Komisaris Utama PRDA, Andi Wijaya di Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (18/2/2025).

Proline adalah entitas anak PRDA dalam industri Diagnostik In Vitro (IVD), yakni alat kesehatan untuk pemeriksaan spesimen untuk mendeteksi penyakit, kondisi, dan infeksi.
