Investor MBMA Restui Private Placement hingga Ubah Penggunaan Dana IPO (foto dok mbma)

IDXChannel - PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) telah merampungkan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada Jumat (6/12/2024).

Pemegang saham menyetujui sejumlah agenda mulai dari perombakan jajaran Direksi hingga rencana penambahan modal tanpa hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (PMTHMETD) atau private placement.

Corporate Secretary MBMA, Deny Greviartana Wijaya mengatakan, dana segar yang diperoleh dari penambahan modal ini akan digunakan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan dan membiayai ekspansi bisnis.

Keputusan lain adalah menyetujui perubahan penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO).
