IDXChannel - PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI) resmi memulai proses penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Dalam laman e-IPO, perseroan menawarkan 778,68 juta saham kepada publik dalam pre-efektif. Jumlah ini setara 10 persen dari total saham perusahaan.
Harga bookbuilding ditawarkan senilai Rp4.590-Rp5.900 per saham.
“Periode bookbuilding pada 12 November 2024-18 November 2024,” demikian tertulis dalam website e-IPO, Selasa (12/11/2024).
