IDXChannel - PT Daaz Bara Lestari Tbk (DAAZ) mencatatkan saham atau listing perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) hari ini, Senin (11/11/2024).

Emiten di bidang perdagangan besar logam tersebut akan menjadi perusahaan ke-37 yang tercatat di BEI pada 2024.

Perseroan menawarkan sebanyak 300 juta saham atau setara 15,02 persen dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor dengan nilai noinal Rp100 per saham.

DAAZ menetapkan harga Initial Public Offering (IPO) sebesar Rp880 per saham. Dengan demikian, jumlah penawaran umum perdana saham DAAZ berpotensi meraup dana segar senilai Rp264 miliar.
