筑友智造科技(00726)公布，该集团预期于2024年上半年取得公司拥有人应占净亏损约1.8亿港元，而2023年上半年公司拥有人应占净亏损9971.2万港元。
公告称，预期净亏损主要归因于2024年上半年，来自销售预制装配式建筑组件与装饰及园林景观服务的收入减少约53%，以及不同业务活动产生的毛利率减少，以及不同业务活动产生的毛利率减少，原因是在严峻的市场环境下，上半年业绩持续承压，订单量与PC价格出现下滑，装饰园林目前处于收尾阶段，不再承接新项目;及期内坏账准备增加。
