皇冠环球集团(00727)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年3月31日止年度将取得股东应占综合亏损1.2亿港元及1.4亿港元，而截至2023年3月31日止年度(上一年度)取得股东应占综合亏损约10.7亿港元。本年度股东应占综合亏损主要是由于出售附属公司的亏损约为1亿港元，而上一年度则为零，财务成本约为4700万港元，而上一年度则为9400万港元，而上一年度的综合亏损主要可归因于出售投资物业的亏损、开发中物业的减值亏损以及物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损，分别为7.46亿港元、2.87亿港元及1.1亿港元。
