IDXChannel - PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT) merilis jadwal pembagian dividen tunai senilai Rp16,78 miliar atau Rp27 per saham.
Keputusan ini sebelumnya ditetapkan pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada Selasa (23/5/2023).
Saham MLPT Lompat Usai Cairkan Dividen, Beda Nasib MERK Jatuh 0,42 PersenDana dividen diambil dari laba tahun buku 2022 sebesar Rp75,15 miliar. Realisasi laba tahun lalu lebih rendah jika dibandingkan 2021 senilai Rp85 miliar.
Diketahui, emiten produsen makanan ini juga masih menggenggam saldo laba ditahan mencapai Rp289,97 miliar, dengan jumlah modal bersih (ekuitas) sebesar Rp590,75 miliar.
Cum Date Dividen, Saham Emiten Anker Bir (DLTA) Beranjak 0,25 PersenBerdasarkan komposisi pemegang saham per 30 April 2023, publik menguasai 148,55 juta saham atau setara 21,51%. Adapun pengendali perseroan yakni Green Resources Investments Pte Ltd mengempit 292,43 juta lembar atau setara 42,34%, disusul Alamiah Sari sebesar 26,16%.
