SIDO Akan Kembali Tebar Dividen Rp23 Per Saham

Pasardana.id - PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (IDX: SIDO) kembali akan membagikan dividen tunai senilai Rp23 per lembar kepada pemodal yang tercatum dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS) penutupan perdagangan tanggal 11 April 2023.

Rencananya, emiten jamu itu akan membayarkan deviden tunai tersebut ke Rekening Dana Nasabah (RDN) pada tanggal 28 April 2023 dengan total Rp690 miliar.

Sebelumnya, SIDO telah membayarkan dividen interim 2022 sebesar Rp13,5 per lembar atau senilai Rp405 miliar pada tanggal 18 November 2023.

Dengan demikian, total dividen yang terima investor sebesar Rp35,5 per lembar atau Rp1,1095 triliun atau 99 persen dari total laba bersih tahun 2022 yang tercatat sebesar Rp1,26 triliun.

Hal itu merupakan hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) SIDO pada tanggal 29 Maret 2023 di Semarang.
