新西兰FMA警告克隆网站CapitalInvestmentsTrust.com
新西兰金融市场管理局（FMA）最近在其网站上发布了对CapitalInvestmentsTrust.com网站的警告，该网站使用了新西兰合法公司Capital Investments Trust Limited的注册信息。
FMA称，Capital Investments Trust Limited已确认与克隆网站没有任何关联，并且不知道该克隆网站在使用他们的注册信息和商业名称。
此外，克隆网站声称提供货币、股票、加密货币交易的高额回报，并声称得到了丹麦商业管理局的授权，但在丹麦中央商业登记处并没有发现相关记录。
FMA表示："CapitalInvestmentsTrust.com不是新西兰的注册金融服务提供商，因此无权向新西兰居民提供金融服务。我们建议你谨慎与该网站打交道。”
最近，FMA还对Squirrel P2P Trustee Limited发出警告，原因是该公司未能履行某些托管人义务。Squirrel P2P Trustee Limited为Squirrel Money Limited的点对点借贷服务提供托管服务。
