金融委员会10月数据发布：投诉处理效率提高28%！
独立外部争端解决（EDR）组织金融委员会（Financial Commission）报告了2021年10月的关键数据，显示交易者获得的赔偿额有所增加，并且委员会在投诉处理上的效率有大幅提高。
具体而言，金融委员会在10月份新收到的投诉为310件，比上个月相比减少了0.64%。新解决的投诉为293件，与上个月相比下降了8%。
在10月，交易者的索赔额为1,021,364美元，环比下降了63%，而交易者获得的赔偿额增加到32,852美元。
此外，10月份投诉的平均价值比9月份低63%，为3,295美元。而且，10月份投诉的平均解决时间为6.8天，效率比上个月提高了28%。
金融委员会表示："从2021年10月的几个关键指标来看，零售交易和投资的需求仍在继续增长。新提交和解决的投诉数量稳定，表明交易者正不断尝试利用市场机会。”
