德国联邦金融监管局BaFin已对总部位于马绍尔群岛的交易平台GS4trade Invest Limited展开打击，原因是根据《德国银行法》第37（4）条，该公司在没有获得必要授权的情况下在该国开展银行业务以及提供金融服务。
BaFin指出，GS4trade Invest Limited不受其监管。此前来电者谎称该公司已在英国金融行为监管局（FCA）注册，与一家名称相似的、受FCA监管的公司有关，然后，建议投资者进行某些资金转移。转移资金后，投资者要向保险公司报告损失。 BaFin明确表示，这很可能是保险欺诈。
BaFin建议，任何投资者在交易时都应该保持谨慎，事先做好必要的研究，以免成为欺诈的受害者。
