新西兰FMA吊销FMO的管理投资计划经理牌照
新西兰金融市场管理局（FMA）今日宣布，自2021年7月7日下午5点起吊销Fund Managers Otago（FMO）的管理投资计划经理牌照，原因是FMO存在重大违规行为，FMA认定该公司不再有能力胜任基金经理。
FMA发现，FMO在合规和治理安排方面存在不足，导致该公司持续违反牌照义务。具体而言，违规行为包括：
披露：未能正确计算和披露基金收益
关联方利益：违规进行关联方交易
SIPO（投资政策及目标声明）合规：未能在SIPO规定的范围内持续管理特定基金
记录保存：未适当记录与接管相关的重要决定和重要活动
财务资源：未根据牌照施加的条件计算有形资产净值
此前FMA任命毕马威重组服务新西兰有限公司（KPMG Restructuring Services NZ Limited）为临时管理机构，管理此前由FMO运营的三项投资计划。因此，FMO已被解除管理机构职务，自2020年11月2日起生效。
