7月1日生效！澳洲ASIC为债务管理提供商引入牌照制度
澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）今日宣布，自2021年7月1日起，债务管理服务提供商（含提供债务协商、信用修复服务的公司）受《2009年国家消费者信用保护法》约束。
根据官方声明，运营上述业务的提供商：
持有的信贷牌照须涵盖债务管理服务授权（或者是成为持有此类牌照的公司的代表）；
按照过渡性安排运营，在2021年6月30日之前：
· 向ASIC申请涵盖此类活动的信贷牌照或成为持有此类牌照的公司的代表；
· 成为澳大利亚金融投诉管理局（AFCA）会员。
如未满足以上要求，债务管理服务提供商须停止开展此类活动。
ASIC将密切关注债务管理服务提供商的执行情况，发现无牌经营行为后将在必要时采取行动。
此前酷汇讯报道称，ASIC最近就是否应为加密类上市交易产品（ETP）建立新的牌照类别展开咨询。具体而言，咨询对象包括上市交易产品以及其他为散户投资者提供加密资产敞口的投资产品。在这份咨询文件中，包括是否应该在机构申请新的AFS牌照（或现有AFS牌照增照）时，创建一个新的资产类别供选择，以覆盖加密资产类产品。
