CFTC对SummerHaven投资管理公司处以50万美元罚款
美国商品期货交易委员会（以下简称“CFTC”）对SummerHaven投资管理有限责任公司处以50万美元罚款，因其在洲际交易所（InterContinental Exchange）和芝加哥商品交易所（Chicago Mercantile Exchange）从事虚假交易和非竞争性交易。
SummerHaven同意支付50万美元民事罚款，并同意停止进一步违反大宗商品交易法和CFTC的规定。
CFTC发布的命令中显示，SummerHaven进行了多次虚假和非竞争性交易，将客户持有的头寸从一个期货佣金商（FCM）转移到另一个FCM。
SummerHaven总共进行了100多笔非竞争性交易，总价值超5.7亿美元。CFTC命令表示，SummerHaven未能履行监督职责，未制定政策或程序来禁止虚假交易或非竞争性交易。
