IEA月报：1月OPEC+国家减产执行率为103%，全球石油市场谨慎的再平衡正在进行中
北京时间周四（2月11日），IEA公布月报，预计2021年下半年石油库存将迅速减少，需求将强劲增长，预计非OPEC国家的供应只会小幅增长，全球石油市场谨慎的再平衡正在进行中，2021年全球石油需求将增长540万桶/日，达到9640万桶/日。
IEA月报显示，1月OPEC+国家减产执行率为103%。（12月为100%）
IEA月报预计OPEC+将在2021年下半年开始放松减产，预计2021年第一季度的石油需求将从已经很低的2020年第四季度的水平上下降100万桶/日。
IEA月报显示，去年12月，全球炼油厂日产量下降了11万桶/日，年增长率将在2021年第二季度恢复，经合组织12月原油库存下降4460万桶，至30.63亿桶，比5年平均水平高出1.38亿桶。
由于OPEC+的减产减缓和非OPEC+的增产，全球石油供应将在1月份增加59万桶/日，由于历史数据的变化，2021年的需求预测基本没有变化，比上月减少20万桶/日，2020年第四季度，全球隐含库存下降从第三季度的156万桶/日加速至224万桶/日。
