花旗银行与黑人名下公司独家合作发行25亿美元债券！
银行业巨头花旗银行宣布，为纪念马丁·路德·金，已与4家黑人名下的公司独家合作，联合发行25亿美元债券。通过此举，花旗银行正进一步践行其致力于在资本市场和更广泛的金融服务领域加强种族平等的承诺。
花旗银行一直致力于加强种族平等。自2015年以来，该银行已与30多家少数民族、妇女、退伍军人名下的公司合作，发行债券总额已超过1500亿美元。
花旗银行一项 GPS 报告显示，如果黑人在工资、住房、教育、投资方面的主要种族差距能缩小，那么美国的 GDP 有望在未来5年内增加5万亿美元。2020年9月，花旗银行还宣布了另一项耗资10亿美元的种族平等行动倡议。该项目旨在帮助缩小美国的种族财富差距，与此同时，花旗银行也能加强与少数族裔经纪商交易商和存托机构的核心业务往来。
此次，花旗银行共发行了25亿美元的 SOFR 指数6年期非看涨5年期固定利率至浮动利率债券。这些债券已于1月21日定价。花旗银行选择了 Blaylock Van, LLC、CastleOak Securities, L.P.、Global Oak Capital Markets、Loop Capital Markets LLC 等4家黑人名下的金融公司，来承销这批债券。
