BaFin禁止BIIC KREDIT进行未经授权的借贷业务、并命令立即清算
在2020年11月26日的通知中，BaFin命令BIIC KREDIT立即停止贷款业务，并立即清算该业务活动。
BIIC KREDIT公司经营一个信贷平台，在该平台上提供个人贷款、学生贷款、房地产贷款和购车贷款（“汽车信贷”）。该信贷平台可通过biickredit.com域名访问。
这意味着，该公司在没有按照德国银行法第32条第1款的要求获得德国金融管理局（BaFin）授权的情况下，开展了德国银行法相关条款所规定的商业贷款业务。因此，它正在进行未经授权的商业活动。
BIIC KREDIT声称受BaFin监管，但实际情况并非如此。
根据法律规定，该命令可以立即执行，但还不是最终命令。
