两度被停牌后，破产经纪商 Halifax 现已被 ASIC 撤牌！
ASIC（澳大利亚证券和投资委员会）今天宣布，已于2021年1月8日撤销经纪商 Halifax Investment Services Pty Ltd（Halifax）的 AFS（澳大利亚金融服务）牌照。Halifax 2018年就已进入破产管理程序。此前，ASIC 曾于2019年和2020年两度停牌 Halifax 的 AFS 牌照。
根据牌照撤销条款，Halifax 的 AFS 牌照可以在有限基础上再存续一年至2022年1月7日，但该牌照仅可用于：
· 确保 Halifax 的客户能继续获得外部纠纷解决方案；
· 确保 Halifax 继续安排零售客户的赔偿事宜；
· 确保 Halifax 的零售或机构客户能继续享受金融服务，直到所有客户相关事宜圆满完成。
ASIC 提出这些条件是为防止撤牌对 Halifax 之前或现在的客户造成不利影响。
