塞浦路斯证券和交易委员会（CySEC）日前发布公告称，在2020年10月5日的会议上，该监管机构根据《2018年另类投资基金法》(Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018)第133条第(1)款(f)作出决定，撤销WSFIS Global Opportunities Fund Ltd的有限人数另类投资基金(AIFLNP)授权（授权编号：LPAIF46/2014）。
CySEC称作出该决定的原因是上述企业已明确放弃该授权。此外，该企业已按照上述法律第132条的规定解散并进行清算。
