塞浦路斯证券和交易委员会（CySEC）昨日发布公告称，在2020年11月23日的会议上，该监管机构根据《2017年投资服务和活动及监管市场法》第8(1)(a)条和DI87-05指令第4(7)条作出决定，撤销Bogofinance Capital Markets.Ltd所持有的CIF（塞浦路斯投资公司）牌照（编号：321/17）。
此外，CySEC称作出该决定的原因是上述公司已明确放弃该授权。
