经纪商 TFS-ICAP 因不端行为被 FCA 罚款344万英镑！
FCA（英国金融行为监管局）已对货币对期权经纪商 TFS-ICAP 开出344万英镑罚单，原因是该经纪商捏造订单信息，蓄意误导客户。
2008年至2015年期间，TFS-ICAP 旗下多个平台的经纪人公然捏造成交订单的交易价格和数量等信息，长期蓄意欺骗客户，目的是鼓动客户进行交易，为 TFS-ICAP 带来业务。TFS-ICAP 此举违背了市场行为标准。此外，TFS-ICAP 在收到有关订单信息捏造行为的警示后，并未及时采取恰当措施。
TFS-ICAP 在监督和合规安排方面也存在缺陷，无法有效地监测和预防经纪人捏造交易价格和数量等信息的风险。
FCA 执法和市场监督执行总监 Mark Steward 表示：“TFS-ICAP 应注意，给客户提供失实信息的做法不符合市场行为标准。另外，虽然这种做法难以界定，对其提起诉讼会有点困难，但这并不代表监管机构无法对其采取执法行动。”
因同意与 FCA 和解，TFS-ICAP 的总罚款金额可以降低30％。如果没有折扣，FCTFS-ICAP 将被处以492万英镑罚款。
