1个月内打两针，大规模冷链运输，辉瑞疫苗的要求之高前所未有
周一，辉瑞疫苗重大利好出炉，市场欣喜若狂，但这种喜悦现在已被渐渐冲淡。
且不论疫苗面世时间尚未确定，单是想到疫苗背后整条产业链投资的高昂成本，或许就有不少国家望而却步。
具体来看，疫苗生产完毕并被送至接种中心之后，必须在-70摄氏度的温度下解冻，已解冻的疫苗还必须在5天内注射到接种者的身体里，否则就会变质；一个月后，因接种者还要再打一剂疫苗，上述流程还要再一次重复。
考虑到现有的任何疫苗都从未采取过辉瑞疫苗所使用的mRNA技术，这也就意味着，在接种之前，各国首先需要从零开始建立疫苗存活所需的冷冻生产、储存和运输网络。
在疫苗生产成本原本就较高的情况下，各国还要大规模投资、协调一整条冷链运输。这几乎只有富裕国家才能做到。
值得注意的是，即便是在已经预订了辉瑞疫苗的美国、日本等富裕国家，若是出现卡车抛锚、电力中断等不可抗因素，疫苗供应也会面临一定障碍，而且可能只有城市人口能得到注射疫苗的保障。
有评论认为，尽管辉瑞疫苗目前呈现出具有非凡疗效的结果，但基于冷链基础设施建设、资金等等障碍不断增加的因素，部分发展中国家可能会放弃辉瑞疫苗。
