最高人民检察院检察委员会委员郑新俭表示，高检院正在会同证监会开展一系列推进执法司法协作的工作，夯实资本市场法治基础。启动证券期货犯罪立案追诉标准的修订工作，根据新修订的《证券法》以及市场形势、执法形势等变化，结合正在修订的《刑法修正案（十一）》，对不适应执法司法实际情况的部分立案追诉标准进行调整，既从严惩治证券期货违法犯罪，又合理确定行政执法和刑事司法的界限。
