商务部：即日起对原产于美、欧盟和日本进口间甲酚征收保证金
2020年11月3日，商务部发布2020年第50号公告，公布对原产于美国、欧盟和日本的进口间甲酚反倾销调查的初步裁定，裁定产自上述国家（地区）的进口间甲酚存在倾销，国内产业受到了实质损害，且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系，决定自2020年11月6日起，对产自上述国家（地区）的进口间甲酚征收保证金，保证金比率为27.9%—131.7%。
应国内间甲酚产业申请，商务部于2019年7月29日发布公告，决定对产自上述国家（地区）的进口间甲酚发起反倾销调查。立案后，商务部严格按照中国相关法律法规和世贸组织相关规则进行调查，在初步调查基础上作出上述肯定性初裁裁定。
