Thomas Peterffy出售1000万股盈透证券股票
盈透证券（Interactive Brokers）日前已通知美国证券交易委员会（SEC），该集团创始人兼董事长Thomas Peterffy将出售该公司的1000万股股票。
据了解，这1000万股A类普通股将根据10b5-1规则在公开市场上出售。该计划将每日卖出最高限额设定为20000股，交易将一直进行到所有股票售空之日（2022年7月31日）或更早，或者交易计划终止。
在此期间，根据股票出售计划的限制，预计每日售出的股票将低于20000股，在该计划下，Peterffy无法控制股票销售的时间。
Peterffy于1978年创立了盈透证券，现在仍是最大股东，盈透已成为美国最大的电子交易平台之一。
此外，该集体的首席财务官Paul J. Brody、执行副总裁兼首席信息官Thomas A.J. Frank还将按照类似的交易计划分别出售该公司的253,332和1,815,458股股票。
根据盈透证券近日发布的10月份报告，DARTs环比下降10％，同比增长120％。
