北京时间周三(11月4日)凌晨，美国石油协会(API)公布的数据显示，美国截至10月30日当周API原油库存减少800.1万桶，预期增加196.4万桶；汽油库存增加245.4万桶；精炼油库存减少57.7万桶；数据公布后，美油短线快速走高，收报38.15美元/桶，涨幅3.64%。
知名金融博客零对冲表示，今日油价延续反弹势头，美油重回38美元/桶上方，因美元走软，以及有迹象表明欧佩克+可能推迟原定的增产计划。RJ O’Brien & Associates LLC高级市场策略师Josh Graves表示，欧佩克+无法承受油价下滑至最近的水平之下，与此同时，仍有很多人乐观地认为，长期来看油价将不会有问题，因此交易员们正考虑在市场出现任何大幅下跌时买入。CFRA Research的能源股票分析师斯Stewart Glickman表示，世界各地的似乎正进入另一波疫情带来的封锁压力。如果出现另一波可能会持续整个冬季的疫情，将进一步打击原油需求。
