智通财经APP获悉，10月15日(周四)美股盘初，光伏概念股阳光动力(SPI.US)高开高走，成交量超过4100万，截至北京时间22：44，该股涨34.75%，报9.7美元。在过去的52周内，该股最低成交价为0.55美元，最高成交价为46.67美元。
该公司此前曾发布一则成立全资子公司的消息，其子公司将负责设计和开发电动汽车以及充电解决方案。
阳光动力是一家全球性的绿色能源解决方案的全球供应商，面向市场提供光伏解决方案与应用服务。其前身是美国太阳能股份有限公司，2011年被光伏大佬原赛维LDK董事长彭小峰收购，2016年1月转板登陆纳斯达克。
