意外加息：土耳其再次打响“汇率保卫战”
日前，土耳其央行宣布将回购利率从8.25%上调至10.25%，加息200个基点，这是土耳其央行自2018年底货币危机以来首次上调回购利率。
此前土耳其央行已连续9次降息，累计降息1575个基点，使其经通胀调整后的借贷成本处于全球最低水平之一。
在目前全球央行都大幅宽松的情况下，土耳其央行突然加息的举措不免令市场感到有些意外。尤其在今年疫情影响下，各国均实施了较为严格的封锁措施限制人员流动，使得对旅游业依赖度较高的土耳其经济遭到重创，二季度GDP同比下降9.9%。
但事实上，此次加息也并非毫无征兆，央行在此前的一份声明中便已透露出一丝信号，委员会认为：“应加强自8月份以来采取的紧缩措施，以抑制通胀预期和通胀风险。”
在加息决定公布后，土耳其里拉兑美元一度上涨1.9%至7.5572，不过随后涨幅有所收窄。
从央行的表述中，不难看出土耳其里拉的贬值压力和不断恶化的通胀前景是本次加息背后的重要原因。这已经不是土耳其央行第一次为守住里拉而采取措施了，其背后透露出的是土耳其本国在外债和经常账户方面承受的压力，那这一次央行的出手会成功吗？还有哪些外延性风险值得关注？
