© Reuters. 中环球船务(SINO.US)宣布增发普通股和认股权证
智通财经APP获悉，9月18日，中环球船务(SINO.US)宣布，公司将以每股1.46美元的价格出售合共72万股普通股及可购买72万股普通股的认股权证。公司预计将从此次发行中获得净收益约105万美元。
上述认股权证的现金行权价为每股1.825美元，自发行之日起6个月后方能行权，购股权有效期（自授出日起计）为5年半。倘若届时无有效的登记声明，或没有可用于转售认股权证的招股说明书，认股权证也可以无现金行使。
