香港证监会就正利控股有限公司股份的涉嫌操纵者取得逮捕手令
东区裁判法院应证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）提出的申请，已对何铭轩（男）及孙文（男）发出逮捕手令，因两人早前没有就串谋对正利控股有限公司（正利）的股份进行虚假交易的控罪出庭应讯（注1）。
证监会指称何及孙连同另外三名被告于2016年3月29日至2016年9月7日期间，串谋造成正利股份交投活跃的虚假或具误导性的表象，触犯了刑事罪行。
证监会向法院指出，何及孙是有关操纵集团的部分主要成员，他们在证监会的调查展开后，分别自2017年3月及2019年7月起已没有返港（注2）。
法院于2020年8月13日的聆讯中批准上述另外三名被告保释，并将案件押后至2020年9月24日，以等候下一步在原讼法庭进行审讯。
