IIROC安排为萨德伯里一投资顾问举行和解听证会
日前，加拿大投资行业监管组织(IIROC)在其官网发布一通知，称将安排为萨德伯里一投资顾问默林·布莱克(Merlyn Black)举行一场和解听证会，主要讨论为IIROC的听证会小组是否考虑接受与其达成和解协议。
听证会小组对Black先生的指控，主要涉及其对三名客户账户的可自由支配交易行为。IIROC称于2017年12月正式启动对Black先生的行为调查。Black先生涉嫌违规行为发生在其任职CIBC World Markets Inc.萨德伯里分公司任注册代表期间（上述公司为IIROC监管的公司）。 目前，其仍任职于受IIROC监管的公司Wellington-Altus Private Wealth Inc.
此次听证会并不对公众开放，但如果听证会小组接受该协议，则将会选择开放。此外，公众人士如欲参加，请通过NHC1iiroc.ca与IIROC的国家听证协调员联系，以获取更多信息。如果和解协议被接受，听证会小组的最终决定以及和解协议将稍后在www.iiroc.ca上公布。
听证会日期: 将于2020年9月28日上午10点以视频会议的形式举行。
