金融的本质其实就是两个，有背景的开赌场，没背景的玩赌场，开赌场的赚佣金，利息，管理费，中介费，税费，没背景的用风险博弈收益，对赌不同的多空方向，私募壳，银行牌照，信托牌照就是一个个赌场，08年金融危机最高级的华尔街CDS对赌就是最大的衍生品赌场，赌的人还是老百姓和小机构，只不过这个赌场可以通过各种分析加码成功的概率，但混沌的因子太多也有失手的时候，比如长期资本管理公司和老虎基金以及泽熙投资
