7月28日，SVS破产管理人称对于ITI注册系统登录过程当中出现的技术问题，ITI预计会在48小时内解决。
然而，7月31日，破产管理人就此问题进行了更新，客户声明中表示问题尚未得到解决，具体情况会在近期进一步更新。
全文内容如下：
在2020年7月28日发布的客户声明中，我们指出ITI的客户登录系统遭遇技术问题。基于ITI提供的信息，破产管理人告知客户问题预计会在48小时内得到解决。
现在48小时已经过去，但是我们发现这些技术问题仍然存在，甚至注册系统以外的其他系统也出现了问题。
ITI已告知破产管理人，在8月1日和8月2日会努力修复系统，在此期间ITI会继续与破产管理人保持联系，随时告知问题的解决情况。破产管理人会在2020年8月3日进一步更新。
