【行业动态】5.23亿美元！洲际交易所二季度净收入强劲增长！
纽约证券交易所运营商洲际交易所集团（ICE）发布2020年二季度财务报告，截至6月20日，ICE综合净收入为5.23亿美元，同比去年4.62亿美元增长10.8％。
调整后净收入5.84亿美元，调整后摊薄每股收益1.07美元。
ICE运营多家全球交易所、票据交换所，还提供数据服务。ICE所有业务的综合净收入总额同比增长8％，达14亿美元。
ICE首席财务官Scott A.Hill（以下称Hill）在一份声明中称：“上半年，我们建立在持续收入增长、支出降低和每股收益增长的基础上，使得我们能够通过红利和股票回购计划向股东返还超14亿美元资金”。
按ICE服务划分，基于数据的服务收益5.74亿美元，上市收益1.11亿美元。交易和清算服务收益7.1亿美元，年增长12％。
ICE报告的季度综合营业收入为7.44亿美元，综合开支为6.51亿美元，综合营业利润率保持在53％。调整后，综合收入和支出分别为8.2亿美元和5.75亿美元，调整后营业利润率为59％。
ICE对未来的期望很高，预计2020年三季度数据收入在5.75亿美元至5.8亿美元之间，一般公认会计原则（GAAP）运营支出预计在6.51亿美元至6.61亿美元之间，调整后的运营支出在5.8亿美元至5.9亿美元之间。
Hill补充：“进入下半年后，我们已经做好了实现增长目标的准备，并且正进行投资以加强我们未来持续增长的基础。”
