美国迷之失业数据：领失业救济的人数远超非农统计
尽管昨天的非农数据显示美国劳动力市场反弹强劲，然而市场上已经有人提出了疑问：这份官方报告还符合逻辑上的意义吗？
7月2日美国劳工部公布的非农数据显示，6月美国非农就业人口增加480.0万人，创历史新高； 6月美国失业人数下降320万人，至1780万。
然而同天公布的另一数据却显示，6月27日当周首次申请失业救济的人数为142.7万，连续第15周超过100万，表明美国企业裁员仍在继续。截至6月20日当周，共计1929万美国人续请失业金。
非农报告的失业人数竟然少于续请失业金？
根据定义，续请失业金人数，也指有保险的失业（insured unemployment），代表的是已经首次申请失业救济，在经历一周后继续申请失业救济的人数。
根据美国劳工部的非农报告，其失业人数统计是基于每月对家庭的抽样调查得出。该数据不仅限于那些领取失业保险的人，所有没有工作、正在积极寻找工作、且能够工作的人都包括在内。
按照这个定义，理论上续请失业金人数应该少于非农报告中的失业人数，事实上根据过去50年的数据来看，也确实是这样的。然而现在并非如此。
