FMA发布新一期审计师监管和监督计划
近日，新西兰金融市场管理局（FMA）发布了《2020-2023年审计师监管和监督计划》。
根据其义务，FMA须在每年6月30日前公布审计师监管和监督计划，为期三年，阐述当局根据该法对审计师进行监管和监督的意图。该计划将有助于持牌审计师、注册审计事务所和认可机构了解金融管理局将如何处理审计师监管问题。
该报告的对象是审计师、编制财务报表的人员和财务管理公司报告实体的负责人。审计师条例支持FMC报告实体的审计质量和完整性。通过确保高标准的审计，目的是提高投资者对FMC报告实体经审计的财务报表质量的信心，并使新西兰审计师的专业地位在海外管辖区得到更广泛的承认。
该计划规定了FMA在审查《金融市场行为法》审计质量、促进审计行业的诚信和发展方面将重点关注的领域。
此外，FMA表示其今后三年的工作重点将放在以下领域：提高审计质量、专题审查、审计和会计准则、审计行业的发展，以及监测经认证的机构。
