英国央行宣布增加1000亿英镑债券购买计划
英国中央银行英格兰银行18日宣布，将增加1000亿英镑(1英镑约合1.27美元)规模的债券购买计划，以支持英国经济应对新冠疫情冲击。
英格兰银行网站发布的文件说，一些指标显示英国经济开始恢复，但即使放松经济活动限制，家庭和企业也会在一定程度上继续保持谨慎。英国经济，尤其是就业市场，需要一些时间才能回到正轨。
根据英国政府的解封政策，5月中旬开始，食品加工、建筑、制造、物流、科研等行业率先复工。本月以来，英国露天市场、汽车展销厅，服装、玩具、图书等“非必需”零售店铺重新开放。最早自7月4日起，酒店、餐饮等行业可以复工。
英国国家统计局最新发布的数据显示，英国4月份国内生产总值环比下滑20.4%，为1997年有月度记录以来最大跌幅。
新冠疫情3月开始席卷英国，英格兰银行当月两次紧急降息至0.1%的历史低位，并增持2000亿英镑的政府和企业债券。
