6月11日至13日，北京三天内新增新冠病毒确诊病例分别为1例、6例和36例，累计确诊43例。之后有消息称，微信、支付宝提供大数据锁定北京新发地35万人名单，对这一消息，微信和支付宝方面也予以否认。
6月14日晚间，微信和支付宝分别在各自官方微博中表示，没有提供网传“锁定35万人”所说的数据，疫情相关信息请以卫生防疫部门官方发布为准。
此前，北京已经连续56天无本土新增病例。
据新华网报道，6月14日下午，北京召开第116次新冠肺炎疫情防控工作新闻发布会。北京市疾控中心副主任庞星火介绍，6月14日0时到7时，新增确诊病例8例，与新发地市场有关联。
