支付宝宣布，将从7月1日起连续17天发放全国通用的消费券。
支付宝此次发券补贴总规模达100亿，全国通用，即日开启商家报名。全国商家在支付宝搜索“消费券报名”，完成报名后可在7月支持消费券核销。这是“消费券”的首次全国性动作。
3月以来，中国有超过100个城市通过支付宝发放数字消费券。据新华网报道，4月，温州、佛山、绍兴等通过支付宝发放消费券的城市码商增幅超过300%，南宁、武汉码商增幅也超过250%。
