香港交易所：即将推出美元及人民币（香港）白银期货合约
·合约月份包括现货月及后续11个日历月
·香港交易所将豁免新产品首六个月交易费、结算费及证监会征费
香港交易及结算所有限公司（香港交易所）宣布，将于2020年6月8日推出以美元和离岸人民币（香港）计价的白银期货合约，进一步丰富旗下大宗商品衍生产品种类。
新推出的白银期货合约与香港交易所已有的黄金期货合约相似，合约月份包括现货月及后续11个日历月，并以实物在香港交割。香港交易所将豁免新产品首六个月交易的交易费及结算费，在此期间也免收证监会征费。
香港是亚洲白银实物贸易枢纽，推出白银期货合约，将扩大香港交易所现有金属产品范围，为亚洲地区市场参与者提供更多交易、对冲及资产配置的工具，进一步巩固香港作为国际金融中心的地位。
香港交易所于2017 年7 月成功推出首对实物交收的美元黄金期货及人民币（香港）黄金期货合约。此次在香港市场推出的白银期货合约，也可与香港交易所全资附属公司伦敦金属交易所LMEprecious计划下现有的贵金属产品形成互补，为国际白银市场参与者提供更多选择。
