RegTech创业公司Kyckr通过配股融资530万美元
澳大利亚监管技术（RegTech）公司Kyckr通过向机构投资者和经验丰富的投资者配售新股筹集了800万澳元（约合529万美元）。
根据Kyckr周二发布的公告，新股将以每股0.08美元的价格发行。Kyckr还计划另外起草一份200万澳元（约合132万美元）的股票回购计划。这将使现有股东有机会以与机构报价相同的价格参与融资。
有了这笔新资金，Kyckr计划扩大其国际销售，将客户验证产品数字化。
Kyckr还将利用这些收入扩大其企业销售团队，从而在企业销售增长的基础上扩大全球战略合作伙伴的网络。
Kyckr认为，随着2019冠状病毒（COVID-19）大流行的到来，金融平台正聚焦于数字化，全球对其产品的需求将会上升。
