声称提供盈利EA，每天收益高达4%，这家公司不靠谱！
今天，德国金融监管机构BaFin警告说，离岸经纪商扩张在线交易业务以及加密货币领域的灰色地带已经带来一定风险。
未获牌照营业！警惕Easytrade55公司
BaFin将一家名为Easytrade55的公司标记为“危险”。该公司在未取得相应授权的情况下，违规向德国客户提供差价合约、外汇和加密货币工具等服务。
其实，即便没有BaFin的警示，人们也不难发现Easytrade55是诈骗公司的事实，因为它声称能提供每天收益高达4％的EA程序，其网站更夸张，承若可以提供基本无任何交易风险的强大外汇交易策略。
BaFin对此说明，Easytrade55声称公司在法兰克福，但实际并非如此。BaFin提醒公民对于各种类型的金融公司要谨慎行事，需要按程序核实公司的所属国、公司背景等身份信息，如果无法明确识别该公司，则永远不要相信它。
BaFin：不要轻易相信高回报
为防止金融诈骗发生，BaFin发布了几项指导原则，提醒投资者对回报比列过高的投资承诺保持警惕。
另外，现在加密货币市场无论交易平台还是用户数量都在剧烈增长，但其实它也存在很多潜在风险。对此，BaFin提醒， 自2019年底新反洗钱（AML）法规生效以来，在德国运营加密货币的公司，必须获得BaFin的许可证 。
